He’ll also make a vegetable ragout.

April 7th, 2010: CHICKEN AND THE EGG
Chef Kevin Turner makes the perfect poached egg, perfect roast chicken, perfect omelet. Includes how to tell when chicken is cooked to perfection, how to carve a chicken, and how to use leftovers in the ultimate salad.
