Spa Etiquette

Reservations and Cancellation Policy
Please make your reservations as far in advance as possible to ensure availability of your requested services. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify Raintree 24 hours prior to individual appointments and 48 hours prior to package appointments to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in a charge of full value.

Arrival and What to Bring
We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow yourself time to check-in, change and familiarize yourself with the spa. Arriving late will limit the time of your spa treatment, therefore lessening your pleasure. Raintree provides robes, slippers and private lockers for your comfort. In addition, post-treatment personal care amenities are provided.

What Not to Bring
To ensure the true spa experience for everyone, we ask that you not bring any type of electronic device such as pagers, cell phones and laptops. Please leave valuables at home. Raintree is not responsible for any lost items.

Gratuities
In appreciation of exceptional service, gratuities are welcomed and may be given at your discretion.

9:00 am to 7:00 pm Thursday and Friday
9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday
Closed Sunday and statutory holidays
